If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is here to assist.

15-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all our Artistic Vibez briefcases within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached. If your return is due to personal reasons (i.e., change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the shipping cost will be covered by you.

How to Return an Item:

☑️ Contact Us at returns@artistivibez.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

☑️ Provide your order number and reason for the return.

☑️ We will respond with detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

☑️ Damaged Item: If your briefcase arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will process your refund or exchange swiftly.

☑️ Wrong Product: If we mistakenly send the wrong item, let us know right away. We will arrange a return, and the correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations:

☑️ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

☑️ Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your briefcase for a different color or model, follow the return process, and we will facilitate an exchange once the original item is received. Please note that shipping fees may apply for exchanges unless the error was on our part.

Shipping Errors or Issues

We strive to ensure every order is shipped with care. However, if you encounter any issues such as wrong products or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the matter promptly.
